SparklePrivacy Policy
The short version: Your photos never leave your phone. Everything Sparkle does happens on your device. We don't sell your data. Ever.
This Privacy Policy describes how Ador Enterprise Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Sparkle: Photo Cleaner & Organizer (our "app") or visit our website at sparklephoto.app.

1. What Information We Collect
Our website
We do not collect personal information through our website. We don't ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information on the site.
If you joined our waitlist before launch: we still hold the email address you gave us at that time. See sections 3, 4, 6, and 8 for how we use it and how to have it removed.
Inside the app: your photos stay on your phone
Sparkle reads your photo library on your device only in order to display your photos, measure file sizes, and remember what you have already sorted. This information never leaves your iPhone. It is not uploaded to any server, never transmitted to us, and is deleted automatically when you remove the app.
We never see, store, or analyze your photos. Full stop.
What we do NOT collect in the app
- No photos or videos are uploaded anywhere
- No analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking
- No crash reporting or usage statistics sent to third parties
- No location data
- No contacts or calendar data
2. How the App Works: Key Privacy Details
Deleting photos
When you choose to delete photos in Sparkle, items are moved to iOS's Recently Deleted album only after you confirm via iOS's own system dialog. Sparkle never permanently deletes anything without your explicit final confirmation. You have 30 days to recover anything from Recently Deleted in your iPhone's Photos app.
Subscriptions and payments
All payments are handled entirely by Apple through their standard In-App Purchase system. We never see, receive, or store your payment card details. We only receive a confirmation of whether your subscription is active.
Notifications
If you choose to enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device using iOS's notification system. No server is involved. We have no ability to send you push notifications from our end.
Sharing photos
When you use the share function within Sparkle, the app creates a temporary copy of the selected photo and passes it to the iOS share sheet, the standard Apple sharing interface. The photo goes only to the app you choose. Sparkle does not retain or transmit this copy.
No analytics or advertising
Sparkle contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, and no third-party tracking of any kind today. If this ever changes in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that version ships.
3. How We Use Waitlist Email Addresses
If you joined our waitlist before launch, we use your email address to:
- Notify you when the Sparkle app launches or updates
- Send occasional app news (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Respond to support requests you send us
We do not use your email for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: If you joined our waitlist, your email is stored with our email platform, Kit (kit.com), which sends our emails on our behalf. Our website is hosted by Netlify. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
- Business transfers: If we merge with or are acquired by another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any email address you have given us. Because your photos and app data never leave your device, they are protected by your iPhone's own security, including device encryption and Face ID / Touch ID. We cannot access your device data under any circumstances.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
If you joined our waitlist, we keep your email address on our list until you unsubscribe or request deletion. App data (your sorting history and preferences) lives on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
7. Children's Privacy
Sparkle is not directed at children. Our App Store age rating reflects this. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have accidentally collected information from a child, please contact us at hello@sparklephoto.app and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time
- Opt out of the sale of your personal data (we don't sell it, but you have this right)
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@sparklephoto.app. We will respond within 30 days.
To unsubscribe: Click the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or email us and we'll remove you immediately.
9. Residents of Canada
We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws. You have the right to access and correct your personal information, and to withdraw consent to its use. Contact us at hello@sparklephoto.app to make a request.
10. Residents of the United States
If you are a resident of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or other US states with privacy laws, you have additional rights including the right to know what data we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. Contact us to make any request.
11. Tracking Technologies
Our website does not use analytics or advertising tracking, and it no longer has an email signup form. Emails we send to people who joined our waitlist are sent through Kit. The app contains no tracking or advertising SDKs of any kind.
12. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app adds new features. When we make significant changes, we'll notify users by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will always update this policy before shipping any version that changes how data is handled.
